Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of my software assets and the immediate deployment of computing engine features upon license validation, all subscription sales are final. No refunds or partial credits will be issued.

1. Trial and Evaluation

To ensure that my software suite perfectly matches your pipeline requirements and environment hardware configurations, I provide a fully functional free tier including the URL Downloader, Document Hub, and standard Codec options. I highly encourage evaluating these tools thoroughly before opting for a Premium configuration license.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Premium subscription tier at any time through your account hub or by contacting the payment processor, Paddle. Upon cancelling, your features will remain completely active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly, semi-annually, or annually). No further automated renewal charges will occur after cancellation.

3. Support Inquiries

If you encounter critical processing bottlenecks, validation handshake dropouts, or application dependency failures, please open an immediate engineering ticket. I am available to resolve integration problems to ensure your premium modules function smoothly.
